MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hey, I'm Stephanie! I have been an educator for the past thirty years and I am most recently a certified qigong instructor. I found qigong during a period of burnout as I was seeking a practice that provided deep relaxation and tranquility.​ I am passionate about helping others discover the power of qigong through movement, meditation, and breath work.
