Practical
Refunds & cancellation
Last updated August 25, 2026
The practice is meant to remove pressure, not add it, and that includes the money. This page is the whole policy, in plain language. If your situation doesn’t fit any of it, email us anyway and we will find something fair.
Season and monthly memberships
- Before the season starts: a full refund, any time, for any reason. No questions and no forms.
- Within the first two weeks of the season: a prorated refund for the remainder of what you paid for. Two weeks is enough time to know whether the practice is for you.
- After the first two weeks: memberships are non-refundable, but if illness or circumstance takes the season away from you, write to us. We would rather move your membership to a future season than keep money for classes you couldn’t attend.
Recordings
Recording access is refundable in full until you first play a recording. Once a recording has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable: at that point the recordings have been delivered to you in full.
Retreat deposits and balances
Every retreat page publishes its own confirmation date, deposit and cancellation policy, and that published policy is the one that applies to your booking. The shape is always the same:
- Your deposit is fully refundable until the retreat’s published confirmation date.
- If a retreat does not reach its minimum number of participants by that date, it is cancelled and every deposit is returned automatically and in full. You don’t need to ask.
- After a retreat is confirmed, deposits and paid balances are refundable only if your place can be filled, because we will have committed to the venue on your behalf.
When we cancel
If we cancel a class, it is rescheduled, recorded for you, or credited. If we cancel a season, a workshop or a retreat, you are refunded in full for everything undelivered, automatically.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@pomsoul.com from the address on your account and say what you would like refunded. No reason is required where the policy above gives you one. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within ten business days. Complimentary classes involve no payment, so there is never anything to refund there.
